About the Founder, Neesha Mirchandani

Neesha is a business and marketing strategist, author, and change agent.

Previously, she held senior executive positions at Fortune 500 companies including Vice President, Business Development (North America) at Wunderman, a Young & Rubicam company, and Principal (Strategy & Change Practice) at IBM Global Services. Neesha also (successfully!) incubated an Interactive Services business unit in the heat of the dot com boom.

She has worked across a diverse set of industries including telecommunications, financial services, energy, technology and media. She has assisted organizations develop their business and marketing capabilities and conducted market research -- both qualitative and quantitative. Neesha has also worked in the area of Web accessibility.

Neesha has a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature, and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications (Northwestern University).
